The Security Systems include:
- CCTV System :
The CCTV System will monitor :
1- The building perimeter which is covereed by fixed day / night WD cameras with IR lights for general view and with High speed WD domes for detailed view.

2- The building main entrances which are covered by fixed day / night cameras.

3- The building main reception lobby with the reception desk and the elevator main lobby

4- The parking main rentrance

5- The parking ramp

6- The parking area

7- The technical rooms ( Generator, pump room, Fuel tank rooms )

8- The lift lobbies . These addiional cameras at the apartment entrances can be added if needed according to the owners prefernces, and can be integrated within the system and controlled by the security staff.

- Access Control System:
The Access control system will :
1- Manage and monitor the access to the building via the two main entrances and the parking access gate / barriers.
2- Manage and monitor the access to the lift lobby at the basement levels
3- Manage and monitor the access to the roof level.
4- Manage and monitor the access to the lift lobby of each floor ( floors 1 to floor 9 ) via the fire stairs door, the Service Lift or even the Main Lifts. This feature will be activated later and upon the apartments owner request.
5- Manage and monitor the access to some techical rooms
6- Manage and monitor the access to the showroom entrance at the first basement
7- Monitor the door status of some critical areas.
8- Release the access doors in the zone where a fire alarm is generated. The doors will be released if no fire alarm acknowledgement signal is received within a programmable time delay from generatiing the alarm
9- Display on the CCTV console the cameras related to the doors where an access activity happen

- Burglar Alarm:
The Burglar Alarm system will :
1- Monitor all the perimeter windows and doors status ( open / close) of each apartment using recessed magnetic door contact sensors.
2- Monitor the main entrance door and the secondary entrance door of each apartment
using recessed magnetic door contact sensors
3- Monitor the door status of each apartment's store room using recessed magnetic door contact sensors.
