The building comprises of 11 typical floors with one apartment per floor.
Each floor inludes the following:
- Reception area with 2 living rooms, dining room and a guest
toilet.
- The reception area opens into a large 10.45 x 3.5 balcony
- 2 master bedrooms with their own bathrooms and two additional
bedrooms sharing a common bathroom
