| FIND PROPERTY PROCEDURES (1): |
1- Click on "find property" button.
2- Fill in the first
"search form" then click "Next" button.
3- Fill in the second "search form"
then click "search" button.
4- Click on any property you are interested in
to view the details of it.
5- Click on “sign in if interested” button at the bottom right hand. |
A- IF YOU ARE A REGISTERED USER, THEN:
1- Insert your user name and password in the "sign in Form" and
click "submit" button.
2- Click on "send" button in the submission
form.

B- IF YOU ARE NOT A REGISTERED USER, THEN:
1- Click on any property you are interested in to view the
details of it.
2- Click on "sign in if interested button".
3- Register
yourself by clicking on "click to register for free" in the register form, and
then click "submit" button.
4- After registration go "back" by browser to
"sign in form".
5- Insert your new user name password in the "Sign in form"
then click on "submit button".
6- Click on "Send" button in the submission
form.
Note: If
you want to rent please specify Budget Rental per year and not per
month |
| Find Property Procedures (2): |
{Save Your Search}
If your search for a particular
property {As per find property procedures (1) above}, and this particular
properties are not existing in our database, then you can save your search
By:
1- Click on "click here to register". |
A- IF YOU ARE A REGISTERED USER, THEN:
1- Insert your user name and password in the "Log in Section"
and click "Submit" button.
2- Click on "Submit" button in the requester
form.
3- Your request has been saved we will contact you. |
B- IF YOU ARE NOT A REGISTERED USER, THEN:
1- Click on
"Click Here to Register".
2- After registration in the register form click
"submit" button.
3- Go "back" by browser to "Log in section".
4- Insert
you new user name and password, click "submit" button.
5- Click on "submit"
button in the requester form. (Your request will be saved we will not
contact. |

PROCEDURES FOR FREE POSTING OF YOUR PROPERTY: |
A- REGISTERED USER:

1- Click on
"post property" button.
2- Enter your user name and password in the "Log in
Section".
3- Click "Submit" button.
4- Fill in "Post a Property Step1
from2" form.
5- Click "Submit" button.
6- Fill in "Post Property Step2
from2" form as follows:
7- Click on Rent or Sell or Furnished or
unfurnished.
8- If you choose a particular location which is specified in
the "Location" drop down menu, then click on it.
9- If the location of your
property is not mentioned in the "Location" drop down menu, the you can type
the location of your property on the left hand side of the "Location"
menu.
10- Click on any Feature(s) below which describes your property, those
features will be added automatically in the description box below.
11- Type
in the description box, the additional details that are not mentioned in the
feature(s) list such as number of Bedrooms, living room, which floor number
etc…
12- Specify how many square meters under "Area (m2)" Field.
13-
If your property is for rent, enter your rental budget per year and not per
month in the "Price (USD) Field.
14- Click on "Submit" button.
15- To
attach a picture of your posted property: - Click on "Click Here" in the
congratulations section, and attach the relative pictures.
16- Click again
on "Post Property" button you will see your property added in the "properties
management" here you can Add - Modify - Delete your properties.

B- NOT YET REGISTERED:
1- Click on
"Post Property" button.
2- Click on "Click to Register for Free" in the Log
in Section.
3- Fill in the Register form.
4- Click on "Submit" button.
5- Go "Back" by browser to "Log in Section".
6- Insert your new username
and password then click "Submit" button.
7- Start posting of your properties
as per (A1 to 16 above).

IF YOU ARE A REGISTERED USER, OR A NEW USER,
YOU CAN
ACCESS ALSO POST PROPERTY OR FIND PROPERTY AS FOLLOWS: |
A-
REGISTERED USER:
1- Type your
user name and password by clicking on "Log in" button located at the top right
hand side of our home page.
2- Here you can "Change" information related to
your properties. OR,
3- Click on "Find property" button and start
your search for properties.
B- NOT
YET REGISTERED
1- Click on
"Click to register" located at the top right hand side of our home page.
2-
Fill in the register form then click "Submit" button.
3- Go "back" by
browser to "Log In" section on our home page.
4- Insert your new user name
and password click on "Log In".
5- Here you can "Change" information
related to your properties. OR,
6- Click on "Find Property" button
and start your search for properties.
